Rising to an ultra low 16" above ground, this bed was designed for a mattress or synthetic foam of less than eight inches. The "ToLo" bed is inspired by Eastern practices of sleeping quite close to the ground.
This functional unit was built for two purposes: to evaluate the ultra low sleeping height and to provide a real world training exercise in TIG welding hot roll tubing. Apollo Road founder's first complete bed design.
